A 48 hour amendment/cancellation policy applies.

Any cancelations less than 48-hours will result in loss of appointment with no refund.

Refunds are only available with 5-days notice, anything less than this up unto the cancelation period (48hours before) will be added to account to be used within 1 year of the cancelation date.

Late arrival will result in a shortened or loss of treatment time, we advise you to arrive a minimum of 30-minutes prior to your treatment start time to avoid this.
