Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation email is received by the spa

Booking times may be amended by the spa before confirmation, please check these times on your 'Spa & Gym' booking confirmation email.

A 48 hour amendment/cancellation policy applies.

Any cancelations less than 48-hours will result in loss of appointment and payment. This is Non-Refundable.

Refunds are only available with over 5 days notice,
Anything less than this up unto the cancelation period (48hours before), will be added to account to be used within a year of cancelation date.

Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your appointment time, failure to do so may result in a shortened or loss of treatment time.

Treatments less than 60-Minutes do not include use of the facilities.

An additional pass can be purchased - Subject to availability - at the cost £20pp for 1-hour use. - this must be pre-booked.

Treatments 60/90 Minutes includes 1 hour use of the wet facilities this can be either before or after the treatment and must be pre-booked.

Wet facilities include: 12-metre pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room and Experience Shower.

Minimum age for treatment's is 16 years. - Must be accompanied by an adult over the age 18 at all times.

Spa Journey: On arrival; (Please arrive a minimum of 30-minutes prior to your treatment time)

• We will ask you to fill in a consultation form
• Treatment options and time will be confirmed
• Robe, towel, slippers will be given to each guest
• We will show you how to get around the spa, how to use the lockers and any other information you may need for the day.

Treatment:

• You will be taken to the relaxation area where our ESPA trained therapists will collect you from,
• Therapists will then take you through to our exquisite private treatment rooms to carry out your chosen treatment.
• Afterwards you will be taken back through to the relaxation area where you can enjoy a fresh glass of ice cold water, or a steaming cup of herbal tea.
